Prices and case size
A product's price in the trade portal is either the general wholesale price or an individual price agreed for the company. The loyalty discount applies only to items without an individual price. Quantities are ordered in multiples of the product's case size, which is shown in the portal.
Payment terms
The portal shows the company's currency. Volos Natura is not registered for VAT. Prices are final. Case multiples, discounts and availability are checked when an order is calculated. Payment terms are assigned to the company and stated in the commercial documents. Submitting an order through the portal does not itself constitute payment.
Availability
The quantity in an order is limited by the stock available. A product in the cart does not mean that an order has been submitted. Follow its status in Orders; the place and timing of delivery are governed by the agreed commercial documents.
